The Recovery and Resilience Facility (RRF) is a temporary financial instrument of the European Union, established in 2021 to mitigate the economic and social consequences of the coronavirus pandemic and to strengthen the resilience of economies and societies through green and digital transitions.
To make use of the support under the Facility, the governments of the member states prepared national recovery and resilience plans, which include reforms and investments planned until the end of 2026, with clearly defined key milestones and target values.
